South Carolina High School Volleyball - Conway can't get by Wando

The Wando Warriors edged the host Conway Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Warriors face the James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 22. Wando will attempt to advance on its 9-1 season record. The Trojans come into the outing with a 1-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC).

With the loss, Conway drops to 7-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC) to play the Panthers in a AAAA Region 6 outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 12-3. Carolina Forest won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC)
