The Perrysburg Yellow Jackets felled the visiting Maumee Panthers football team by a score of 20-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Yellow Jackets face the Northview Wildcats (Sylvania, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Perrysburg will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 24-20 non-league win over Napoleon (Napoleon, OH).

The Panthers (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Genoa Area (Genoa, OH). The Comets come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Genoa Area went down by Clyde (Clyde, OH), 46-6, in a non-league test.
