In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting St. Lucy's Regents volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Ramona Convent Tigers.

The Regents (7-9) will now prepare for their test against Immaculate Heart (Los Angeles, CA). The Pandas go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Immaculate Heart edged Westridge (Pasadena, CA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Ramona Convent drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy (Downey, CA) to play the Warriors in a outing on Thursday, September 25. The Warriors come into the outing with a record of 1-1.
