Minnesota High School Soccer - Minnetonka nudges Prior Lake

In Saturday's league outing, the visiting Minnetonka Skippers soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 win over the Prior Lake Lakers.
The Skippers (9-1) will now prepare for their outing against Buffalo (Buffalo, MN). The Bison come into the non-league test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Buffalo was tipped by Blaine (Blaine, MN), 1-0, in a non-league test.
The Lakers now have a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Shakopee for a Class AAA Section 2 outing on Tuesday, September 23. Prior Lake will play a Sabers squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN). The Sabers record now stands at 9-2.
