Connecticut High School Football - Enfield sneaks past Simsbury

The Enfield Eagles football squad scored 26 points and limited the host Simsbury Trojans to 20 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Newington Co-op for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Enfield will face a Indians team coming off a 52-0 non-league win over Tolland (Tolland, CT). The Indians record now stands at 2-0.
The Trojans (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hall/Conard (West Hartford, CT). The Warchiefs come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Hall/Conard was nipped by New Britain (New Britain, CT), 26-12, in a non-league test.
