The North Union Wildcats got by the visiting Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains football team by a score of 13-12 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats meet the Indian Lake Lakers (Lewistown, OH) in a test, on Saturday, September 27. North Union will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Lakers come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 30-0 non-league win over Bellefontaine (Bellefontaine, OH).
With the defeat, Hopewell-Loudon drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Chieftains host Lakota (Kansas, OH) to meet the Raiders in a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
