The Northwestern Warriors were winner over the visiting Kenton Ridge Cougars football squad by a margin of 14-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warriors now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Shawnee for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Northwestern will face a Braves team coming off a 28-15 non-league win over Kenton Ridge (Springfield, OH). The Braves record now stands at 1-1.
The Cougars (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Bellefontaine (Bellefontaine, OH). The Chieftains enter the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Bellefontaine fell by Indian Lake (Lewistown, OH), 30-0, in a non-league game.
