Colorado High School Softball - Cherokee Trail bounces Cherry Creek

The Cherokee Trail Cougars triumphed over the visiting Cherry Creek Bruins softball team by a margin of 9-3 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Cougars now sport a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eaglecrest for a non-league battle on Monday, September 22. Cherokee Trail will confront a Raptors team coming off a 13-5 non-league loss to Cherokee Trail (Aurora, CO). The Raptors record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Cherry Creek moves to 4-6 on the season. The Bruins host Mullen (Denver, CO) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Monday, September 22. The Mustangs come into the battle with a record of 4-3. Mullen won 7-6 in their recent league challenge against Grandview (Aurora, CO)
