In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Benicia Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Novato Hornets.

The Panthers (4-7) will now prepare for their challenge against American Canyon (American Canyon, CA). The Wolves come into the non-league challenge with a 11-2 record. In their last challenge, American Canyon beat Whitney (Rocklin, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Hornets play the Marin Catholic Wildcats (Kentfield, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, September 26. Novato will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Rocklin (Rocklin, CA).
