Marin Catholic Wildcats (Kentfield, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Wildcats (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Novato (Novato, CA). The Hornets come into the challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Novato was beaten by San Marin (Novato, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Thunder now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Folsom for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. Rocklin will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-5.
