In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Orion Chargers volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Monmouth United Red Storm.

With the win, Orion advances its record to 2-0 on the season.

The Red Storm now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Princeville for a test on Monday, September 22. Monmouth United will play a Princes team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] (Woodhull, IL). The Princes record now stands at 0-2.
