Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Amanda-Clearcreek Aces (Amanda, OH) and the visiting Sheridan Generals (Thornville, OH), saw Amanda-Clearcreek's soccer squad knock off Sheridan by a count of 3-1.

The Aces (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Madison Christian (Groveport, OH). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Madison Christian nipped Granville Christian Academy (Granville, OH), 2-0, in a league match.

The Generals now sport a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coshocton for a Muskingum Valley match on Tuesday, September 23.
