In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting J.P. Stevens Hawks soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Bayonne Bees.
The Hawks (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Edison (Edison, NJ). The Eagles go into the Greater Middlesex - White outing with a 1-6 record. In their last test, Edison by St. Thomas Aquinas (Edison, NJ), 3-1, in a non-league test.
The Bees now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Dickinson for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. Bayonne will clash with a Rams team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over North Bergen (North Bergen, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 2-3.
