The Cloverleaf Colts soccer squad scored 9 points and held the host Carrollton Warriors to 0 in the Colts non-league victory on Saturday.
The Colts now hold a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Woodridge for a Metro Athletic contest on Tuesday, September 23. Cloverleaf will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Firestone (Akron, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, Carrollton moves to 2-10 on the year. The Warriors travel to West Branch (Beloit, OH) to encounter the Warriors in a Northeastern Buckeye challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 8-2. West Branch won 1-0 in their recent non-league contest against Beaver Local (Lisbon, OH)
