The Corbin Redhounds held off the visiting East Jessamine Jaguars soccer team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Redhounds now possess a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Whitley County for a District 49 bout on Tuesday, September 23. Corbin will play a Colonels squad coming off a 4-1 league loss to Oneida Baptist Institute (Oneida, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, East Jessamine moves to 2-10 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Trinity Christian Academy (Lexington, KY) to face the Titans in a District 46 game on Tuesday, September 23. The Titans come into the game with a record of 1-9. Trinity Christian Academy lost 6-1 in their recent non-league game against Portland Christian (Louisville, KY)
