In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Hamilton Southeastern Royals soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Perry Meridian Falcons.
The Royals (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Zionsville (Zionsville, IN). The Eagles come into the Hoosier Crossroads test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Zionsville edged Avon (Avon, IN), 3-2, in a league test.
The Falcons now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Pike for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. Perry Meridian will play a Red Devils squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran (Fort Wayne, IN). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-6.
