Notre Dame Academy Tritons (Green Bay, WI) boosters exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Homestead Highlanders (Mequon, WI), 2-0 in a non-league outing.
The Tritons (6-2) will now prepare for their outing against West De Pere (De Pere, WI). The Phantoms go into the Fox River Classic outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, West De Pere got by Appleton North (Appleton, WI), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Highlanders confront the Slinger Owls (Slinger, WI) in a North Shore outing, on Thursday, September 25. Homestead will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Owls go into the outing with a 5-2 record after their 1-1 non-league Wausau East (Wausau, WI).
