The Richland County Tigers triumphed over the visiting St. Anthony Bulldogs soccer squad by a margin of 5-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now hold a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Harrisburg for a non-league bout on Monday, September 22. Richland County will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Massac County (Metropolis, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-6.
The Bulldogs (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Altamont (Altamont, IL). The Indians enter the National Trail game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Altamont held off Greenville (Greenville, IL), 6-1, in a non-league game.
