In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders soccer team scored a close 3-1 triumph over the St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans.
With the triumph, Scotch Plains-Fanwood moves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Raiders host Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ) to clash with the Knights in a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. The Knights come into the test with a record of 3-4.
The Trojans now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rahway for a non-league test on Monday, September 22.
