Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Tunkhannock can't hold off Abington Heights

The Abington Heights Comets held off the host Tunkhannock Tigers volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Comets now possess a 15-0 record. They play next when they host Scranton for a Lackawanna outing on Monday, September 22. Abington Heights will clash with a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA). The Knights record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Tunkhannock drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Hanover Area (Hanover Township, PA) to clash with the Hawkeyes in a Wyoming Valley outing on Monday, September 22. The Hawkeyes enter the match with a record of 0-6. Hanover Area lost 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA)
