The Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host De La Salle Cavalier to 1 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now possess a 5-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Delcambre for a non-league match on Wednesday, September 24. Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Highland Baptist Christian (New Iberia, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-8.
The Cavalier (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Thibodaux (Thibodaux, LA). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, Thibodaux was edged by Vandebilt Catholic (Houma, LA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
