The AGWSR Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting North Butler Bearcats to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now have a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Hardin for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 23. AGWSR will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-6.

The Bearcats (8-12) will now prepare for their game against Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA). The Huskies go into the non-league game with a 3-9 record. In their last game, Nashua-Plainfield went down by Tripoli (Tripoli, IA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
