In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lisle Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Amundsen Vikings.

The Lions (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Ridgewood (Norridge, IL). The Rebels go into the non-league test with a 12-0 record. In their last test, Ridgewood gained a win over Latin (Chicago, IL), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Vikings now sport a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taft for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. Amundsen will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Jones (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 6-5.
