Marion County Knights (Lebanon, KY) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Marion County improves its record to 12-6 on the season. The Knights travel to Woodford County (Versailles, KY) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 6-4. Woodford County lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Lafayette (Lexington, KY)

The Bearcats now sport a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Henry County for a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. Anderson County will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Trimble County (Bedford, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-3.
