River Ridge Wildcats (Hanover, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders (Ashton, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, River Ridge improves its record to 3-14 on the season. The Wildcats travel to East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL) to meet the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 20. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. East Dubuque lost 2-0 in their recent league challenge against Galena (Galena, IL)

In their next game, the Raiders face the Hiawatha Hawks (Kirkland, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 20. Ashton-Franklin Center will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record. The Hawks go into the test with a 2-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Alden-Hebron (Hebron, IL).
