The Philomath Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Astoria Fishermen to 1 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Warriors now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cottage Grove for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20. Philomath will play a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Sweet Home (Sweet Home, OR). The Lions record now stands at 6-0.
