The Bishop McCort Crushers volleyball team scored 1 points and restricted the host Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils to 0 in the Crushers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Crushers now have a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Cambria for a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. Bishop McCort will confront a Red Devils squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA). The Red Devils record now stands at 12-3.

The Blue Devils (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Tyrone (Tyrone, PA). The Golden Eagles come into the Laurel Highlands 1 outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Tyrone was nudged by Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA), 3-0, in a league outing.
