Oologah Mustangs (Oologah, OK) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Blanchard Lions (Blanchard, OK), 2-1 in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs now have a 20-11 record. They play next when they travel to Sequoyah for a Green Country outing on Tuesday, September 23. Oologah will play a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 league win over Catoosa (Catoosa, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 10-11.

With the loss, Blanchard drops to 11-11 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Elgin (Elgin, OK) to play the Owls in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 25. The Owls come into the outing with a record of 4-24. Elgin lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Amber-Pocasset (Amber, OK)
