The Bryan Station Defenders tipped the visiting Simon Kenton Pioneers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Defenders confront the George Rogers Clark Cardinals (Winchester, KY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 20. Bryan Station will attempt to advance on its 11-9 season record. The Cardinals enter the game with a 11-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY).

The Pioneers (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Henry County (New Castle, KY). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 7-3 record. In their last bout, Henry County nipped Trimble County (Bedford, KY), 3-0, in a league bout.
