In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Pipestone Arrows volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs.

The Arrows (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Edgerton (Edgerton, MN). The Flying Dutchmen enter the non-league challenge with a 4-10 record. In their last challenge, Edgerton was tipped by Le Sueur-Henderson (Le Sueur, MN), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons (Grove City, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 22. Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart will attempt to upgrade on its 13-1 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa (Belgrade, MN).
