Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Coal City Coalers (Coal City, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Manteno (Manteno, IL). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 12-3 record. In their last challenge, Manteno beat Lisle (Lisle, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Coalers meet the Manteno Panthers (Manteno, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Coal City will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 12-3 record after their 2-0 league win over Lisle (Lisle, IL).
