The Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Columbus Sailors to 1 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cadets now have a 11-10 record. They play next when they travel to Algona for a North Central outing on Tuesday, September 23. Iowa Falls-Alden will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, Columbus drops to 3-15 on the campaign. The Sailors host Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA) to confront the Rebels in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 23. The Rebels go into the game with a record of 12-7. Gladbrook-Reinbeck lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA)
