In Saturday's non-league battle, the Prairie City Panthers (Prairie City, OR) volleyball squad toppled the host Cove Leopards (Cove, OR), by a score of 2-0.

The Panthers (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Umatilla (Umatilla, OR). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Umatilla was knocked off by Enterprise (Enterprise, OR), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Leopards battle the Pilot Rock Rockets (Pilot Rock, OR) in a 1A Old Oregon contest, on Saturday, September 20. Cove will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record. The Rockets enter the contest with a 3-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cove (Cove, OR).
