Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Edison Tigers (Fresno, CA) and the host Dos Palos Broncos (Dos Palos, CA), observed Edison's volleyball team top Dos Palos by a count of 2-0.

The Tigers (13-12) will now prepare for their battle against Minarets (O'Neals, CA). The Mustangs go into the non-league battle with a 8-10 record. In their last battle, Minarets dropped by Kerman (Kerman, CA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

The Broncos now own a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hanford West for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. Dos Palos will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Washington Union (Fresno, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 8-3.
