Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Dunmore over Towanda

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Dunmore Bucks (Dunmore, PA) and the host Towanda Black Knights (Towanda, PA), saw Dunmore's volleyball squad notch a victory over Towanda by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Dunmore improves its record to 8-4 on the season. The Bucks travel to Blue Ridge (New Milford, PA) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. The Raiders go into the battle with a record of 7-0. Blue Ridge won 3-1 in their recent league contest against Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA)

Next, the Black Knights battle the Wellsboro Hornets (Wellsboro, PA) in a PIAA District IV contest, on Tuesday, September 23. Towanda will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Hornets enter the contest with a 7-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Hughesville (Hughesville, PA).
