Eisenhower Tigers (Goddard, KS) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball team overcome the visiting Kapaun Mt. Carmel Crusaders (Wichita, KS), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hutchinson (Hutchinson, KS). The Salthawks go into the non-league test with a 10-2 record. In their last test, Hutchinson gained a win over Derby (Derby, KS), 2-0, in a league test.

The Crusaders now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Center for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. Kapaun Mt. Carmel will face a Hornets squad coming off a 0-0 league Maize (Maize, KS). The Hornets record now stands at 5-6.
