The Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies were victorious over the host Gregory Gorillas volleyball team by a tally of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Huskies now have a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Sioux Falls Christian for a A Region 4 outing on Tuesday, September 23. Elk Point-Jefferson will play a Chargers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Vermillion (Vermillion, SD). The Chargers record now stands at 10-4.

With the loss, Gregory drops to 4-6 on the campaign. The Gorillas host White River (White River, SD) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Monday, September 22. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 7-6. White River lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Jones County (Murdo, SD)
