Illinois High School Volleyball - Metea Valley Fenwick

Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Fenwick improves its record to 16-7 on the season. The Friars travel to Yorkville (Yorkville, IL) to meet the Foxes in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 19. The Foxes come into the challenge with a record of 4-6. Yorkville lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL)

Next, the Mustangs meet the Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Metea Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Indians go into the test with a 10-6 record after their 2-0 league win over Oswego East (Oswego, IL).
