In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Gallup Bengals volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Laguna Acoma Hawks.
With the win, Gallup improves its record to 6-5 on the season. The Bengals host Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-7. Navajo Prep lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM)
The Hawks now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Pine Hill for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 25. Laguna Acoma will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Ramah (Ramah, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 4-4.
