In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Tracy-Milroy-Balaton Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop Thunderbirds.

The Panthers (4-9) will now prepare for their test against Central (Norwood-Young America, MN). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Central went down by Dassel-Cokato (Cokato, MN), 3-2, in a non-league test.

The Thunderbirds now sport a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Martin County West for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop will face a Mavericks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Fairmont (Fairmont, MN). The Mavericks record now stands at 8-4.
