In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Springdale Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Heber Springs Panthers.
The Bulldogs (4-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Bixby (Bixby, OK). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Bixby achieved victory over Owasso (Owasso, OK), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Guy-Perkins for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. Heber Springs will face a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Mulberry (Mulberry, AR). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 10-2.
