Illinois High School Volleyball - Henry-Senachwine tips Mercer County

September 20, 2025: Aledo, IL 61231

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Henry-Senachwine Mallards (Henry, IL) and the host Mercer County Golden Eagles (Aledo, IL), observed Henry-Senachwine's volleyball team hold off Mercer County by a count of 2-1.

The Mallards (17-0) will now prepare for their battle against Abingdon/Avon (Abingdon, IL). The Tornadoes go into the non-league battle with a 0-6 record.

The Golden Eagles now own a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monmouth-Roseville for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. Mercer County will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Sherrard (Sherrard, IL). The Titans record now stands at 3-9.
