The La Grande Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Scappoose Indians to 1 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now have a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Madras for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20. La Grande will play a White Buffaloes team coming off a 3-0 league win over Gladstone (Gladstone, OR). The White Buffaloes record now stands at 3-7.

With the loss, Scappoose drops to 5-12 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Seaside (Seaside, OR) to play the Seagulls in a 4A Cowapa outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Seagulls come into the outing with a record of 0-8. Seaside lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Molalla (Molalla, OR)
