Georgia High School Volleyball - North Gwinnett edged by Lanier

The North Gwinnett Bulldogs volleyball squad (Suwanee, GA), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA)

The Longhorns (17-13) will now prepare for their contest against Milton (Milton, GA). The Eagles enter the 5A Area 7 contest with a 20-14 record. In their last contest, Milton was tipped by Blessed Trinity (Roswell, GA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Meadowcreek Mustangs (Norcross, GA) in a 6A Area 7 contest, on Tuesday, September 23. North Gwinnett will attempt to improve on its 16-15 season record. The Mustangs go into the test with a 6-5 record after their 3-2 non-league win over South Gwinnett (Snellville, GA).
