Indiana High School Volleyball - Tell City over Mitchell

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Tell City Marksmen (Tell City, IN) and the visiting Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN), observed Tell City's volleyball team top Mitchell by a count of 2-0.

The Marksmen (11-9) will now prepare for their battle against South Central (Elizabeth, IN). The Rebels go into the non-league battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, South Central dropped by Crothersville (Crothersville, IN), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Bluejackets now own a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Harrison for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. Mitchell will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Lanesville (Lanesville, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 9-6.
