Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Myrtle Point Bobcats (Myrtle Point, OR) and the visiting Southwest Christian Wildcats (Beaverton, OR), observed Myrtle Point's volleyball team top Southwest Christian by a tally of 3-1.

The Bobcats (11-1) will now prepare for their battle against Illinois Valley (Cave Junction, OR). The Cougars go into the 2A Sunset battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Illinois Valley was defeated by Bandon (Bandon, OR), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Wildcats now own a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand View Christian Academy for a 1A The Valley 10 battle on Thursday, September 25.
