The Panthers now possess a 14-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hanover-Horton for a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. Western will confront a Comets squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Manchester (Manchester, MI). The Comets record now stands at 8-1.

The Pirates (17-4) will now prepare for their game against Northwest (Jackson, MI). The Mounties go into the non-league game with a 1-10 record. In their last game, Northwest was dropped by Columbia Central (Brooklyn, MI), 2-0, in a non-league game.
