West Virginia High School Volleyball - Nicholas County Preston

The Preston Knights topped the visiting Nicholas County Grizzlies volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Knights now possess a 10-17 record. They play next when they travel to Hampshire for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 23. Preston will play a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Independence (Coal City, WV). The Trojans record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Nicholas County drops to 5-21 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 19-6. Shady Spring won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Greenbrier West (Charmco, WV)
