In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting West Central Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Parkston Trojans.
The Trojans (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 11-0 record. In their last challenge, Dakota Valley beat Canton (Canton, SD), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Trojans meet the Vermillion Tanagers (Vermillion, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Parkston will attempt to improve on its 15-4 season record. The Tanagers go into the test with a 4-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD).
