California High School Volleyball - St. Mary's over Ponderosa

The St. Mary's Rams volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Ponderosa Bruins to 0 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rams now possess a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Ridge for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20. St. Mary's will play a Trojans team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Rocklin (Rocklin, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 11-2.

The Bruins (3-11) will now prepare for their game against Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA). The Falcons enter the Capital Valley Conference game with a 9-9 record. In their last game, Christian Brothers was dropped by Woodcreek (Roseville, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
